1. Agreement and Eligibility
Agent2PDF (the "Service") is provided by BotsUP Inc. (矽基崛起有限公司), available at agent2pdf.com. By registering, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
2. Service Description
Agent2PDF provides a cloud-based service that converts Markdown to high-quality PDFs. It includes multiple professional templates, custom branding (company name, colors, fonts, logo, watermark), a web editor, REST API, and MCP protocol support. The Service is offered on a subscription basis: a Free plan (20 PDF generations per month) and a Pro plan (3,000 per month). Current limits and plan details are as described on the website or in the product at the time of use.
3. Account and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you become aware of unauthorized use, you must notify us promptly.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: upload, generate, or distribute content that violates applicable law; infringe others' intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; circumvent usage limits or security measures; disrupt or overload the Service or related infrastructure; or abuse the API through automation beyond reasonable use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund of any fees paid.
5. API and Usage Limits
The Free plan allows 20 PDF generations per calendar month; the Pro plan allows 3,000 per month. Once the monthly limit is reached, no further PDFs may be generated until the next billing period. API keys are for your use or for systems you authorize only; you may not share, sell, or transfer them to third parties.
6. Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are billed and processed through Lemon Squeezy. Billing cycles, prices, and payment methods are as shown on the website or in the product at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you agree to pay in accordance with your chosen plan. If payment fails or is not received, we may suspend or downgrade your access. Refund and cancellation policies are governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms and our product-specific policy as stated at checkout or on our website.
7. Intellectual Property and User Content
You retain all rights in the text, files, and settings you upload or create in the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to store, process, convert, and generate PDFs as needed to provide, operate, and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You represent that you have the right to use the User Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
8. Disclaimer
The Service and any generated PDFs are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) regarding the Service or output, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. You use the Service and any generated PDFs at your own risk.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may retain or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, licensors, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose (or zero if you have not paid).
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date on this page and may notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and contact us.
12. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Taiwan. Agent2PDF is operated by BotsUP Inc. (矽基崛起有限公司).
