1. Who We Are

Agent2PDF ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by BotsUP Inc. (矽基崛起有限公司). We provide the Markdown-to-PDF cloud service at agent2pdf.com. Our company website is botsup.cc. 2. Data We Collect

To provide and operate the Service, we may collect:

• Account data: Email, display name, and profile photo (when using Google sign-in), and the password you set when registering (stored in encrypted form), via Firebase Authentication.
• Brand and settings: Company name, primary and secondary colors, font family, logo URL, watermark text, and options such as whether to remove the PDF footer. Stored in Firestore user settings.
• Document content: Document titles, Markdown content, selected template type, pin status, and creation/update times. If you use Notion import, we may store Notion page URLs and page IDs.
• API keys: Names you give to API keys, key hashes (not the raw key), last-used time, creation time, and active status, used to authenticate API and MCP requests.
• Usage data: Monthly PDF generation count, used for Free/Pro plan limits and billing.
• Subscription data: Plan type (Free/Pro), subscription status, billing period, and payment-related identifiers. Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy; payment details (e.g. card information) are handled by Lemon Squeezy and their payment partners, not stored by us. We may receive and store subscription status, customer ID, and similar data from Lemon Squeezy to provide and bill the Service.
• Notion integration: If you connect Notion, we store access tokens, workspace name and icon, and Bot ID, only to import content from Notion pages you authorize.

3. How We Use Data

We use the data above to: provide Markdown-to-PDF, API, MCP, and Notion import; enforce usage and subscription limits and process payments (including via Lemon Squeezy); improve the product and service; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your personal data for marketing unrelated to the Service unless you consent or the law allows.

4. Storage and Infrastructure

The Service uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage) and related Google Cloud infrastructure. Your data is stored in data centers used by these services; their locations may vary. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

5. Sharing Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: service providers that help us run the Service (e.g. Firebase/Google Cloud, Lemon Squeezy for payments); authorities when required by law; or to protect our or others' rights and safety. Such sharing is limited to what is necessary, and we require providers to handle data in line with this policy and applicable law.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain your data while you use the Service. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data as per our internal policy and technical feasibility, except where we must retain it by law or to resolve disputes or enforce our terms. Backups may be purged after a set period.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service uses Firebase Authentication and related technology, which may set cookies or use local storage (e.g. for login state or theme preference). This is used to provide and operate the Service. You can manage cookies in your browser, but disabling them may affect login or some features.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can view and update your account and settings in the product. For account deletion or other rights, contact us at official@botsup.cc or via the contact option in the product; we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children and International Transfer

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. If you are aware that we have collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own via Firebase/Google Cloud or Lemon Squeezy; we ensure appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

10. Changes and Contact
